Jovi Felicien is the Executive Pastry Chef for Craft New York.  

Prior to joining Craft in 2024,  Jovi was the Executive Pastry Chef at Upland in New York City. Jovi is originally from Barbados and brings 13+ years of pastry experience to our celebrated tables.
